The Path of Awakening
Isabella Jelinek was born in Poland in 1974.
She grew up with her parents and grandparents in a Christian environment on the outskirts of the city near a forest. At the age of 9, she roamed this forest with her shepherd dog “Tima” as often as she could find the time. The dog often went her own way and she herself walked so deep into the forest that she often no longer knew where she was. Nevertheless, she clearly felt that she would find her way home and her four-legged friend again.
Through the deep connection she had formed with Tima, she began to orient herself in the same way as the dog. She relied entirely on her intuition, which increasingly helped her to recognize the inauthenticity in the people around her that had previously irritated her subliminally. Thanks to this clarity, she was able to turn away from inauthenticity at a young age and position herself clearly.
At the age of 12, she fled to Germany with her parents, where they initially went through various reception centers until they were able to settle down in Münster. During the last years of school that Isabella spent in Germany, she sought out silence and retreat, as the hustle and bustle during the breaks was too much for her. She always received support from teachers, who allowed her to play the piano in the music room or work with maps in the materials room during the break. Nevertheless, the pressure to conform was so great that she listened less and less to her intuition.
After graduating from secondary school, she bowed to the pressure to “learn something real” and first began an apprenticeship in finance and then two different specializations at a commercial college, where she realized after a few months that this form was not right for her. After dropping out of the last course, the voice of her intuition came back clearly, demanding that she bring into life what her heart was burning for.
As she loved exercise, Isabella found a women’s fitness studio where she started training aerobics and fitness. In between classes, she used the time to create choreographies for herself that caught the eye of the staff, so one day she was asked to fill in spontaneously. This was the start of her 7-year career as a full-time independent aerobics and fitness instructor, which also took her to several competitions in the women’s fitness class, including the German Championships.
During the studio years, she added a number of training courses, such as the Dorn-Breuß method, foot reflexology and Qi-Gong. During this time, she also gave nutritional advice in the various studios and noticed more and more that the people who trained there and ate healthily, achieved their training goals and their desired figure, were still dissatisfied and ill. The changes were only taking place on the outside, but nothing was happening on the inside. She felt that people were actually looking for something else that they couldn’t find this way. Over time, a fire developed within her to search for exactly that.
One day, a friend invited her to a group healing session with a healer, where she met Jesus for the first time. During an invocation, she experienced how Jesus descended into her body and filled it completely with his love. Touched by this holiness and pure beauty, she realized that this love is exactly what every human being longs for. That day, she could hear the thoughts of the people around her and see the darkness in them clearly. For the next week, she didn’t need food or her contact lenses and felt every step she took as if she was floating above the ground, yet completely connected to the earth and everything around her. She would have loved to hug everyone, but felt how distant they all were for fear of the love they so longed for.
During her years as an independent trainer, she gave birth to two children, the second of whom, a son, was born with a serious skin condition. Despite several dietary changes, visits to alternative practitioners and various healers, there was no improvement – until she met a healer in whose seminar, during a deep meditation, a great opening of the heart occurred and Christ appeared to her. Filled with the love that flowed to her, she returned home and found that her son’s symptoms had completely subsided. However, this condition only lasted a few weeks and she noticed that the symptoms worsened again the more she pushed herself beyond her limits, both professionally and personally, to the point of complete exhaustion. As a result, following her inner voice, she quit all her fitness studio classes within a very short space of time.
Jesus then appeared to her once again as she stood at her child’s bedside and told her to leave the family and go into complete retreat. Following this instruction, Isabella found a way to live completely on her own, to withdraw from all social contacts, including her family, which resulted in her son remaining completely symptom-free in a very short time and his illness being completely cured within a few weeks. During this withdrawal phase, which lasted around 3 years, she meditated and prayed for up to 6 hours a day. She experienced a profound and intensive transformation in which old burdens were released and numerous wounds healed.
One day, during her retreat, she again felt an overpowering energy flooding through her, making her dizzy and causing her to slide to the ground. A painful pressure in her chest and head overcame her and it became increasingly difficult to breathe. A burning desire to free herself from this pressure and pain rose to the surface. In this moment of supreme willingness to surrender to God everything that was constricting her there and keeping her life small, without knowing what it was, a complete surrender to God took place in her, in which she also surrendered her breath to him. Lying on the floor, with a jerk that occurred in her body, guided by the power that guided her, the back of her head hit the wooden floor twice, hard. This moment felt like a helmet breaking into a thousand pieces and releasing old constraints. The light and power of God took her over completely. A high energy permeated the entire body, like when hands or feet fall asleep and are suddenly flooded with life again. Tears of boundless love flowed down her face out of bliss and deep gratitude.
Since then, Isabella Jelinek has served as an ambassador of God in her work, helping people to come into relationship with God. She speaks to them all over the world and gives blessings in places where she is called. Her mission is to touch people with the blessing of Jesus’ unconditional love. Through her words, she teaches surrender to the Holy Spirit, who frees people from old suffering and heals their wounds.
Some of the people who have received this love within themselves through her have decided to walk the path with God completely and now live with her in a community called Holistic Life Home in the south of France.
